Shinobi Chronicles Rules



1. General Rules
a) Respect all players. No harassment, racism, or discrimination of any kind.
b) No cheating or exploiting bugs. This includes using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
c) No spamming or advertising in chat. Keep communication relevant and respectful.
d) Follow the instructions of gamemasters and staff members.
e) Do not share personal information of yourself or others. Privacy is important.
f) Use appropriate language in all communications. Avoid offensive or inappropriate content.
g) Do not engage in any form of account sharing or selling. Each account is for personal use only.
h) Report any issues or concerns to the staff immediately. We are here to assist you.
i) Keep the game environment clean and free of offensive content. This includes character names, guild names, and any other in-game identifiers.
j) Impersonating any person is strictly prohibited. This includes staff members, other players, or any other individuals.
2. Statements
a) The server reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. It is the player's responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
b) Violations of these rules may result in penalties, including but not limited to warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
c) Players are responsible for their own accounts and any actions taken on them. Sharing accounts does not exempt players from responsibility.
d) The server is not responsible for any loss of items, characters, or accounts due to rule violations or technical issues. Players should take precautions to protect their accounts.
e) The server reserves the right to take action against any player who is found to be in violation of these rules, regardless of whether the violation was intentional or accidental.
f) Players are encouraged to report any rule violations they witness. The server relies on the community to help maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all.

h) The server reserves the right to interpret these rules as necessary to maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming environment. Players are expected to respect the server's decisions in this regard.
i) The server reserves the right to clear the server data including characters, items, and other game-related data at any time. Players should be aware that this may result in the loss of their progress.
j) The server does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Server and reserves the right to perform maintenance.
3. Privacy Policy
a) The server collects and stores personal information only as necessary to provide the service. This includes account information, character data, IP address, transaction data (time, amount, payment method) and data provided by payment operators.
b) The server does not share personal information with third parties except public authorities authorized under applicable laws, payment operators or entities providing IT, accounting, or hosting services.
c) The server takes reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes using secure servers and encryption where appropriate.
d) Players have the right to access their personal information and request corrections or deletions as required by applicable law. Requests should be made through the server's official channels.

g) The data is being processed and stored by the server owner - DBServers, which is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws. Information about the owner can be found under point 5 of these rules.
h) The server reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any given time.
4. Payments & Refund policy
a) The game server access is free, but players can purchase Premium Points - virtual currency used in a game that can be used to buy in-game items or services and that has no value outside of the game.
b) All payments made to the server are final and non-refundable. Players should ensure they understand the terms before completing a transaction.
c) The server reserves the right to change the prices of services at any time without the need to inform the players.
d) Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
e) The server is not responsible for any issues that arise from payment processing, including but not limited to declined transactions, payment disputes, or chargebacks.
f) In the event of a payment dispute, the server reserves the right to suspend or terminate the player's account until the issue is resolved.
g) Players should keep their payment information secure and report any unauthorized transactions to the server immediately.
h) The server reserves the right to take action against any player who is found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive payment practices, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment disputes, or other forms of payment fraud.
